Ingredients & Method
- 200-300gr Steak of your choosing.
- 200gr Wholewheat Noodles.
- For the veg; 1 Spring Onion, 1 Red Pepper, Handful of Spinach.
- For the sauce; Toasted Sesame Oil, Light Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce. For a slight heat add Sciracha sauce.
Step 1
Go to our steak cooking tips to see how to cook the perfect steak, or cook it the way you normally like. Get your steak into a red hot pan.
Step 2
Cook off the wholewheat noodles, toss in some of the sesame oil and put to one side.
Step 3
Wok fry the red pepper, spring onion and spinach together. Add a splash of water followed by an equal splash of the soy and hoisin sauce.
Step 4
Take the pre-cooked noodles and mix in the wok with the veg and sauce until they are all nicely coated. Then plate them up.
Step 5
Grab the perfectly cooked and slightly rested bad ass steak, slice into decent sized pieces and place on top of noodles. Add sriracha for extra heat.

All you need to do now is sit back and enjoy your fantastic meal.
