Why choose the bad ass rib eye steak?
Probably one of the most famous and tastiest cuts of meat around. Running up from the shoulder, this is a slightly harder working muscle. Despite this; because the rib eye contains fantastic marbling the texture and flavour of this steak are better than any other. All our beef is hand selected and then dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in our meat vault, this ensures succulence, tenderness and flavour. Our beef really is Bad Ass!

When you receive your delivery, remove all outer packaging and place meat inside the refrigerator or freezer. If keeping fresh, please ensure products is used within 7 days of delivery. All these steaks are suitable for re-freezing – we suggest you freeze straight away if not using within the first week of purchase
