Our ‘PAVE’ has no fat or gristle so is perfect for those looking for a lean steak as well. All our beef is hand selected and then dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in our meat vault, this ensures succulence, tenderness and flavour. Our beef really is Bad Ass!
All our steaks are sold frozen. Don’t worry if they defrost as they can be kept in your fridge for up to 7 days. These are also suitable for re-freezing.
